Natural Clarity Coaching & Wellness was created in 2019 to support individuals through challenging situations, a variety of life changes, including healing from narcissistic abuse, and/or a desire to improve their wellbeing on all levels.  As its founder, I am trauma-informed and educated in psychology, sociology and the social determinants of health, health promotion, law, criminology, gerontology (study of old age, the aging process, and the specific issues affecting older adults), music, and a variety of healing modalities. Additionally, I am trained and educated as a health and wellness coach and end-of-life doula. Finally, I have lived experience and great compassion for those going through challenging times or seeking personal growth. Please see below for a list of my education, training, and qualifications.
